School inspection services in the Middle East
We are a world authority on school inspection and we apply our international best practice in our work in the Middle East. We design and tailor inspection frameworks, recruit and train inspectors and deliver inspections in private and government schools with detailed reports and data capture.
Education Development Trust is a valued partner of government clients for the delivery of school inspections in the Middle East. Over more than 10 years, we have worked with clients including Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, the ministry of education in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi Education Council and the National Authority for Qualifications and Quality Assurance of Education and Training in Bahrain.
We specialise in matching inspections to curricular needs, covering the full range of international curriculum types and to school phase and ages of students. Our inspections are delivered in kindergarten to high schools.
Highly skilled inspectors
We maintain a database of hundreds of inspectors drawn from across the world ensuring the most up-to-date knowledge and phase-appropriate expertise is embedded in our workforce. We employ bilingual speakers and curriculum experts on our teams and we provide high quality training and mentoring for local inspectors to build in-country inspector capacity: 60 Emirati inspectors have achieved certified team inspector status as a result of our rigorous training over five years in Abu Dhabi.
Our mission is to drive up standards of achievement for all students in all schools; ensuring we meet the needs of schools and principals and provide an excellent service is at the heart of our work. Operationally, our office teams manage hundreds of inspections each year, including provision of inspection materials, deployment of inspectors, scheduling of inspections, effective logistics, data analysis to measure impact of inspections and provision of detailed annual reports for clients. Our inspections are arranged in collaboration with clients to fit with school calendars and cultural requirements.
