We developed the Schools Partnership Programme in 2014, our school improvement model founded on professional peer review. Here we share our findings to date of the power and potential of peer review and the compelling evidence that points to rigorous and impactful peer review having a role to play in a self-improving system.

We work with more than 800 schools with our Schools Partnership Programme. Our framework provides schools with the necessary tools to carry out rigorous and systematic peer review and establish school-to-school support. So what have we learnt so far? What conditions are required for peer review to work and what have schools seen in the way of results in terms of school improvement?
